hey, I've searched thru the Forums and checked at Hyperdesk and TheSkinsFactory, but haven't been able to find this info:

- What background resolutions are included w/ Subspace? Same for all DarkMatter suites? Hyperdesk Flagship?

- Will the resolutions included w/ the current XP-version be the same ones included in the Vista-version?

I saw a post by Osiris0290 from back in July, asking for a resolution that wasn't included (1600x1200), and it occured to me I haven't seen anything about which ones Are included. I don't have a particular prefered rez I'm looking for, just wondering what my options will be. I've got a Samsung 20" 2053BW (native 1680x1050) on an NVidia 9800GX2, so I'm pretty confident whatever my choices will be, they'll All look SicklySweet. Just Really curious about/ eager for Any info I can get about these suites; Anything to hold me over till the Vista-version.

If anyone from Hyperdesk OR any current users could pass along some info, it'd be Greatly appreciated. Thanks.

take it easy.

1680 x 1050 is a derivative of 1920 x 1200 which is included in just about every theme. We cover most of the aspect ratios. Our software looks at what your desktop resolution and either applies the proper size if its included or applies the next size up that fits that aspect ratio and stretches to fit the screen.

Cool. Thanks for the info.

I'm guessing from your answer that my question might be a tadweebit... uh....stupid. I give up! You caught me out- I'm 'developmentally delayed'. blink.gif

So, its not really a matter of manually choosing from a set of resolutions or adjusting your desktop rez to match an available resolution, as it is Hyperdesk.... uh, doin' its thing all on its own.

<laughing at myself>

ya know, with my pretty much non-existent knowledge of desktop customization, I should pro'ly just be quiet now; your time is pro'ly much better served doing 'real' work rather than answering chuckle-head questions. mellow.gif My system is sweet, Hyperdesk is wicked, all will be groovy.

Again, Mr. Jesh, Thank You for the info.
