When Computer is powered on, Theme comes up but does not start explorer.exe. After logging off then back on works fine. Any Ideas?

That's so general an explanation that i wouldn't even know where to start. First make sure you downloaded the right installer since there is one for english XP and non-english. Could be something corrupted with Windows XP. Could be another app messing with our app. I know you need to be an administrator to use Hyperdesk.

How do you see the theme but not explorer?

What happens is background is loaded but no desktop items are shown, when I look at the task manager explorer.exe is not started, have to start it by using task manager. I downloaded the english version for XP. I thought it might be my computer but I installed it on another system and it is doing the same thing. I am administrator of both systems. I do love the theme, so I hope to fix this issue. I just installed SP3 and I am going to see if that fixes it.

Did you try redownloading the installer? If its corrupt and you're using it on 2 PCs both will act up because its using the same corrupt exe

I installed SP3 on one system and so far have not had any startup problems. I am going to see if it works on my other one and will let you know how I make out. Thank you for the suggestion though.

Nope both systems are still having the issue. the first system seemed to be ok for a while but its doing it again. I am going to try and download and install it again. Thank you for your time and patience.
