I Just realized that when I use Hyperdesk, my AIM IM windows don't flash when I receive a message anymore.
I know the icons aren't the cause, (why would they be), because I confirmed by only installing one thing at a time. They stop flashing when the theme itself it applied.

In Aero, if you let the peak window open, you can see the IM is clearly flashing, but it doesn't flash on the taskbar at all.
Do you know why that is, or if there is a possible fix for it, registry or whatnot?

It's because our buttons aren't transparent and the flash happens behind them.
