Hyperdesk

Backed by Y Combinator

Lower CAC. Every move waits for your yes.

Hyperdesk is a performance marketing agent. It runs your Google Ads, builds a page for every ad group and proposes each change with its numbers. You approve, and it ships in hours.

  • Your ad accounts stay yours
  • Nothing ships without your yes
  • Each week’s moves in Slack

Next, pick a time for a 15-minute demo. We look at your account together.

The Inbox, with the week’s moves posted to Slack. A sample company and sample numbers, not a real client.

[01]Product

The agency’s work, in one place you control.

Every move, with its numbers.

Each week the agent runs 22 checks on your account and proposes moves. You approve, adjust or reject each one, and Google checks every change before it’s made.

  • Searches to exclude, keywords to add, budgets, ad copy and pages
  • A daily budget cap that no change can pass
  • Rejected moves teach it what doesn’t fit your business

Cost per lead, campaign by campaign.

What you spent, the leads it brought and what each one cost, by week, campaign, keyword and search. And what isn’t working, with the fix ready.

  • Spend, leads and cost per lead for 7 or 30 days
  • Wasted spend you can cut, in dollars
  • Every approved change with the week before and after

Every lead, with the search that brought it.

Each form from your pages shows the search, the ad and the page behind it, then goes on to HubSpot or any tool through a webhook.

  • The search, the ad and the page for every lead
  • Cost per lead by ad group and page
  • HubSpot, Zapier, Make, n8n or a webhook

A page for every ad group, tested.

Each ad group gets a landing page that answers its searches, written from your own website, on a subdomain like go.yourcompany.com. Then it tests the headline, the button or the whole page.

  • Every line from your site; you edit any of it before it’s live
  • A/B tests with visitors, goal rate and chance to win
  • Your main site stays as it is

[02]How it works

Three steps. Nothing changes until the last one.

  1. 01

    Connect and set a goal

Connect the Google Ads account you already have and choose what it works toward. The account stays yours.

  2. 02

    The agent reviews

Every Monday, or whenever you ask, it reads your searches, spend and leads and proposes moves.

  3. 03

    You approve, it ships

An approved change goes to Google Ads right away. History shows each one, the week before and after.

[04]Questions

Straight answers.

Will it change our ads without asking?

No. Every move waits in the Inbox with the numbers behind it. Approving asks you to confirm each change, and Google checks it before anything is made. There is no autopilot.

Do we keep our Google Ads account?

Yes. You connect the account you already have. It stays yours, and you can disconnect it anytime.

Which channels does it run?

Google Ads today, with the landing pages its ads send people to and where your ads overlap your free Google results. LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads are coming soon.

How often does it work on our account?

It reviews the account every Monday morning, and whenever you click Review my account now. An approved change goes to Google Ads right away.

Where do the landing pages live?

On a subdomain of your own domain, like go.yourcompany.com. Each page is written from your website, and you can edit any line before it goes live. Your main site stays as it is.

Can it replace our agency?

It does an agency’s week-to-week work on Google Ads: search terms, keywords, budgets, ad copy and landing pages, with every change approved by your team. On the demo we go through your account together.

Does it work with Slack and our CRM?

Each week’s moves are posted to your Slack channel with a link to review them; approving happens in the dashboard. Leads can go to HubSpot, or to any tool through a webhook, Zapier, Make or n8n.

Who on our team can see and approve?

Each teammate signs in with their work email and sees only your company’s account. Admins and members can approve, and the daily budget cap you set applies to every change.

What does it cost?

We go through pricing on the demo.
